Following the discovery of three men's frozen corpses outside a friend's Kansas City house earlier this month, the relatives of the victims are challenging the friend's version of events, claiming that the men killed themselves. In order to watch the Kansas City Chiefs game on January 7, 37-year-old David Harrington, 38-year-old Ricky Johnson, and 36-year-old Clayton McGeeney visited the residence of an unidentified buddy, according to NewsNation.

Concern among loved ones grew over the next half-day as no word came from the guys; finally, on January 9, one of the men's fiancees paid a visit to the residence. She broke in via the basement when nobody answered the door and discovered a dead person on the rear porch. There were no overt indications of foul play, according to the police, who subsequently found two more remains in the backyard.

The guy went to bed after the game finished without realizing his friends were still outside his house or needed assistance, according to an attorney representing the homeowner who spoke with Fox 4 KC. "Nobody" believes the homeowner's tale, according to the victim's mother, who told Fox 4 KC earlier this month. Authorities are waiting for the medical examiner's report to determine the cause of death, according to a Kansas City police department official. "That would be the thing that would drive any additional investigative steps," according to him. The initial results of the investigation have not changed.

So yet, there has been zero sign of foul play. According to ABC News, fifteen fans ended up in local hospitals because of weather-related illnesses after the most recent Chiefs game.
