After being implicated as a sex worker for Sean “Diddy” Combs in a lawsuit, Daphne Joy is accusing her ex-boyfriend 50 Cent of rape and physical violence, which he rejects and says only drives his desire to win custody of their 11-year-old son, Sire.
The 37-year-old model sent a long Instagram post to 50-year-old Curtis James Jackson on Thursday, saying, “Let us put the real focus on your true evil actions of raping me and physically abusing me.
You are no longer my oppressor, and my God will handle you now, she said. These last bogus accusations against me have destroyed my last hope for you as a parent to save our family. Last time you destroyed our hearts.”
Joy said she relocated to New York so 50 Cent could be near to Sire, but he only “saw him 10 times out of the 2 years that we lived 1 mile away from you.”
“I am tired of upholding and protecting an image to our son that you have never earned,” she stated.
The Post quoted 50's spokesman as saying, “The disturbing allegations in the sworn pleadings recently filed in a court case related to Daphne Joy, the mother of my 12-year-old child, has required me to take all necessary legal actions to protect my son Sire.”
