Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul: Boxing's Clash of Generations for a Massive Payday!

Mike Tyson is returning to the ring to face a fighter who is thirty years younger than him in the hopes of earning a huge salary. According to Yahoo Sports, the former heavyweight champion will square off against Jake Paul, who is often characterized as a hybrid of a boxer and social media influencer.

When the fight takes place on July 20 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, Paul will be 27 years old and Tyson will be 58. Netflix plans to webcast the event live as part of their drive into "sports-adjacent programming," according to the New York Times.

Paul's Most Valuable Promotions and Netflix negotiated the agreement, and neither business is disclosing the fighters' compensation. Tyson's last bout took place in an exhibition in 2020 that resulted in a draw against Roy Jones, another former world champion. Paul has a 9-1 record and has been competing since 2018.

A article at Gizmodo asks, "Will Netflix have a hit on its hands if Paul gets knocked into next week?" "Probably, but do not expect Tyson to go all out on the YouTuber, no matter how much you wish he would."
