A recent poll revealed that a portion of voters who supported President Biden in the 2020 election now question his ability to effectively carry out his duties due to his age.

In response to the claim that Biden is too old to be an effective president in the New York Times-Siena College poll, 61% of those who voted for him in the previous election concurred. Among the respondents, 19% expressed concerns about his age of 81 affecting his ability to fulfill the duties of the president, according to the Times.

Even though more people supporting the top candidates feel they are too old, previous Donald Trump voters have more confidence in their potential nominee. Within that group, 15% indicated concerns about his age of 77 impacting his effectiveness, a sentiment shared by 42% of all voters.

Among all registered voters in the pool, 73% believe Biden is too old for the presidency, while 45% doubt his ability to handle the responsibilities of the office. Here is where you can find the poll data.
