Ferrari's Secret "Blacklist" of Celebrities: Who's In?

According to reports, Ferrari has a "blacklist" of a few celebrities, some of whom are quite well-known.

Italy is home to some of the world's top automobile manufacturers. Some individuals are not permitted to own one, even if they have the money to buy one of the elite cars, while the most of us can only dream of owning one.

The fact that these celebrities reportedly alter their Ferraris without the manufacturer's consent is one of the many reasons they are purportedly not allowed to purchase the vehicles.

Justin Bieber: The artist upset Ferrari by altering a Ferrari 458 Italia F1 Edition without the company's consent. Bieber was formerly the fortunate owner of this vehicle. One of the alleged fifteen primary guidelines that Ferrari owners need to abide by is not making illegal changes. Bieber reportedly brought his car to West Coast Customs and had the original white paint job done on it in electric blue. He also replaced the wheels and the prancing horse insignia on the steering wheel, according to Carbuyer.

Ferrari is reportedly keeping 'Candy Shop' artist 50 Cent off its blacklist. The year 2020 saw 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, publicly criticize his automobile when the battery failed and he had to have it towed. He posted on Facebook, sharing pictures of his fancy red car being towed away, saying, "I think I am going to get a smart car, I do not want this 488 Ferrari no more." One regulation that car owners should abide by, according to Experience Ferrari, is promoting the Ferrari brand—a rule that 50 Cent most definitely breached.

Kim Kardashian: Despite her recent sightings speeding through Calabasas in a Tesla Cybertruck, the reality TV star turned business entrepreneur is rumored to be on Ferrari's notorious blacklist. The Kardashians reportedly gained notoriety for not maintaining their Ferrari in the manner that the automaker requires of its clients. According to HotCars, there have been rumors circulating that Kardashian ended up on the blacklist after accepting a Ferrari as a wedding present in 2011 from a Malaysian businessman who also happened to be a financial scammer.

Mayweather Jr., Floyd: It is customary when purchasing a Ferrari to hold onto the car for a year after purchase. According to Ferrari, "For certain models, Ferrari imposes restrictions on resale, often prohibiting owners from selling the car within a certain timeframe after purchase." However, it is said that Mayweather only had his expensive vehicle for a few months before selling it, which put him on the blacklist of the manufacturer.
