Kevin Spacey Interview: 'I've Learned' And 'I Want To Get Back To Work'

Kevin Spacey addressed the latest accusations against him during a live TV appearance on NewsNation's Cuomo. Spacey said he wants to get back to work and has learned from his experiences, stating that he feels strongly that whatever mistakes he've made in his life have paid a price. A two-part documentary, "Spacey Unmasked," recently aired in the U.K. and is now streaming on Max, examines Spacey's alleged sexual misconduct, including a claim that he allegedly groped another House of Cards actor on set. Spacey denies the new allegations of inappropriate behavior from the men featured in the documentary. He believes "honest journalism" is needed for his redemption and that he has to work hard at rebuilding the trust that some may have lost in him.

Spacey has repeatedly requested that Britain's Channel 4 give him more than seven days to respond to the allegations made about him in its documentary. The broadcaster refused on the basis that asking for a response in seven days to new, anonymized, and nonspecific allegations is a 'fair opportunity' for Spacey to refute any allegations made against him. Each time Spacey has been given the time and a proper forum to defend himself, the allegations have failed under scrutiny and Spacey has been exonerated.

Liam Neeson, Sharon Stone, and Stephen Fry have come forward with unequivocal support for Spacey, as the much-accused actor has been back in the spotlight via the new Channel 4 docuseries with even more allegations of severe misconduct.
