President Joe Biden has stated that he will not pardon his son, Hunter Biden, if he is found guilty of the criminal gun charges he is currently facing. In an interview with ABC News, Biden confirmed that he would accept the outcome of his son's trial and ruled out the possibility of a pardon. Hunter Biden is currently facing federal gun charges.

During the interview, Biden was also asked about former President Donald Trump's recent conviction in his hush money trial. Biden stated that Trump received a fair trial and that the jury had spoken. He accused Trump of attempting to undermine the justice system with his claims of a rigged trial.

Biden's comments come as his son's trial is ongoing in Wilmington, Delaware. The president's stance on not pardoning his son, if found guilty, reflects his commitment to upholding the justice system and avoiding any perception of favoritism.
