Jennifer Lopez will never forget 2024 because of the significant emotional and professional setbacks she experienced.

Along with the persistent harassment J. Lo receives from the press and paparazzi around her alleged divorce from spouse Ben Affleck, the publication of her most recent studio album, This Is Me, is another issue. This has been a catastrophe.

I Am This... Lopez had to cancel the whole accompanying tour since Now failed to create any buzz, in addition to garnering mostly unfavorable reviews from both fans and reviewers.

This Is Me... Now was published more than six months ago, yet despite that, some have already seen the album in discount bins. A popular tweet from one retailer mentions that the CD was marked down THREE times.

In response to the tour's cancelation, which Lopez's representatives said was necessary so she could concentrate on her family, Lopez released a statement saying, "I am completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down."

"Please understand that if I did not think doing something was absolutely essential, I would not do it. I swear, I will make things right and we will all be together once again. You all have my undying love. Until the next occasion.

This year has been a success for Lopez's career, however, as her Netflix film Atlas became one of the most viewed films globally in the weeks after its premiere, despite receiving negative reviews and having an artificial intelligence-generated look.

The 54-year-old has two new films in her filmography: Kiss of the Spider Woman, which is now in production, and Unstoppable, which is in post-production. It seems that she will be concentrating on her film career in the future years.
