Fox News Survey Finds Dems Support Investigations Into Hunter Biden

According to a recent poll, the majority of Democrats think that first son Hunter Biden’s international business connections should be looked into. A Fox News survey found that 74% of independents and 88% of Republicans support the Justice Department’s investigation of the younger Biden. Seventy-two percent of voters across the board believe it is critical to look into his business transactions, which is in line with the results of a poll done in August.

Voters disagree on the results of a probe into HunterBiden despite widespread support for it. Republicans are divided on whether he committed a crime, with about 70% believing so, and 63% believing so about his father. Only 11% of Democrats think President Joe Biden may have broken the law in his son’s international transactions, while 8% of Democrats think Hunter’s activity may have been criminal.

The younger Biden has already come under investigation by the DOJ for a number of tax infractions and a false statement over a firearms purchase. According to a number of federal prosecutors, there is enough evidence to bring criminal charges against him, the Washington Post reported in October.

Hunter Biden’s international business connections have come under political scrutiny as a result of findings from his laptop that came close to the 2020 election. This has given Republicans reason to look into him after they seize control of the lower chamber the following year. They have conjectured that he used his father’s political influence to broker advantageous agreements.

In light of his son’s position on the board of Ukrainian oil company Burisma, this includes inquiries into President Joe Biden’s prior diplomatic maneuvers in Ukraine. Concerns regarding Hunter’s connections to a business with ties to the Chinese Communist Party have also been voiced by Republicans. The president claims he was unaware of his son’s affairs and has denied any wrongdoing.

Other findings from the Fox News poll indicate that 69% of people think Congress should have reviewed the Capitol riot on January 6; 94% of Democrats, 71% of Independents, and 45% of Republicans agree with this statement.

Elon Musk has a 44% favorable to 43% unfavorable approval rating, according to the poll, with 64% of Republicans endorsing him and 59% of Democrats disliking him. Overall, 47% of respondents thought Musk’s $44 billion acquisition of Twitter was a good thing, compared to 39% who thought it was bad.
