According to sources who spoke with Fox News, a controversial parole program that permits up to 30,000 migrants every month to enter the nation permitted the entry of the Haitian immigrant who is now accused of raping a 15-year-old girl at a hotel in Massachusetts.

Local officials in Rockland, Massachusetts, took custody of Cory Alvarez, a Haitian national, who is 26 years old. He appeared before a Hingham District Court judge on Thursday, according to the Plymouth County District Attorney's Office, and entered a not guilty plea to one count of aggravated child rape.

Rockland police came to the Comfort Inn on Wednesday night in response to complaints of a sexual assault, according to the district attorney's office. Alvarez resided at the motel, which takes part in a state and federal program to accommodate migrant families. After speaking with the 15-year-old female victim, the cops brought her to a nearby hospital for medical attention.

Alvarez is a native of Haiti who entered the country in June via the Cuban, Haitian, Nicaraguan, and Venezuelan (CHNV) parole procedures, according to several sources inside the Department of Homeland Security who spoke with Fox News.
