On June 12th, The White House confirmed that a Chinese spy base in Cuba had been in existence since former President, Donald Trump's time in office. John Kirby, spokesman for the National Security Council, acknowledged during a press briefing that the Biden administration is taking China's intelligence-collecting capabilities in Cuba very seriously.
