The negligence of Oceangate is off the scale. These men paid a fortune to be bolted into a deathtrap. Despite knowing the risks, I highly doubt that those paying passengers had any idea that the Mother ship was unable to track them and so the vessel was undetectable in this scenario. It is too little too late for people to be stepping forward now to speak of their "concerns" and the "problems" they encountered on prior dives that were deemed 'successful'. Their information was not in the public domain for any would-be passengers who researched diving on Titan. This is a horrifying tragedy that could have been avoided.
