Special counsel John Durham issued his long-awaited report on Monday, in which he harshly criticized the FBI's handling of its investigation into then-presidential candidate Donald Trump's 2016 campaign and its alleged ties to Russia.
According to Durham's study, however, efforts to prevent future misconduct by the FBI by instituting additional standards or training are a "fruitless exercise."
