Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) dismissed rumors that former president Donald Trump is about to be charged with falsifying company records in connection with reportedly setting up a hush money payment to conceal an alleged romance with porn star Stormy Daniels.
"What then altered?" Jordan posed a risible query. "President Trump declares he will run for office, and shazam! We are going to have a bookkeeping error from seven years ago, they are presently. The chairman of the House Judiciary Committee called the prospective accusations "a misdemeanor" and said that it "makes absolutely no sense" to indict the former president.
