The House Judiciary Committee wants Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg to appear before Congress about his "extraordinary abuse of prosecutorial authority" as he contemplates indicting former President Trump for alleged hush money payments to adult film star Stormy Daniels in 2016.
