Police Address Tasering of 95-Year-Old Woman

Assistant Commissioner Peter Cotter, Commander of the Southern Region Police, has addressed the recent tasering of a 95-year-old woman with dementia by one of his officers and provided an update. He spoke with one of the daughters, who is acting as spokesperson for the family, and expressed heartfelt sympathy and concern for what they have been through.
